Simple Recipes

SPAGHETTI BOLOGNISE........nicole's style
Recomende:1 person
Ingredients:
1. 3 tbsp of oil
2. 1 clove garlic
3. 1/2 white onion
4. 1/2 carrot
5. minced meat(chicken/pork/beef)
6. spaghetti sauce(bottled one-tomato sauce)
7. 1/2 cup of water
8. 1 tsp salt,black pepper
9. mixed herbs
10. spaghetti(can use other pasta)
11. parsley
12. 3 knob of butter
Method:
1. Heat oil in pan
2. Saute garlic,onion until it turns yellowish(diced the garlic and onion)
3. Add in diced carrots
4. Leave it for a while(just a few minutes)
5. Add in minced meat(can marinate it with a bit of light soy sauce) just for an asian taste
6. Add in bottled tomato sauce and stir thoroughly
7. Add in 1/4 cup of water and stir it,add 1 knob butter
8. Add in salt and pepper to taste
9. Cook Pasta in another pot(use big one)
10.Add in a tsp of salt to enhance the flavour and speed up the process
11.Drain pasta and immediately add the spaghetti into the the simmering pan
12.Toss the mixture,add 2 knobs butter(optional)
13. Sprinkle some herbs after the stove is off
14. Dish up the pasta
15. Add in some chopped parsley for presentation(optional)

Tips!!
1. Do not add salt after spaghetti is added into the pan because there is salt in the spaghetti
2. Feel free to use any thin type of pasta(E.g:spaghetti,spiralli,farfalle,penne)
3. You can use any type of minced meat of your choice
4. You can replace minced meat with mixed vegetable(for vegetarians),sausage or ham
5. If this dish is served to people,it is advisable to garnish it with some fresh herbs(in this case,parsley/coriander/oregano)/dry herbs
6. Make sure that u taste the sauce
7.Try not to cook the pasta till it turns soft(break easily) because not good for health
8.You can add the amount of ingredients according to amount of serving
